1. Service Overview PlayEmber Arcade provides an online gaming platform where two players can compete in games. The winner of each game will receive the total wagering amount minus a 10% service fee.
2. Account Registration and Use Users must register using OAuth login. During registration, users will be required to provide an email address. This email will not be shared with third parties.
3. Wagering and Fees Users must agree to wager a specified amount before starting a game. PlayEmber Arcade will deduct a 10% fee from the total wagered amount, with the remaining 90% awarded to the winner.
4. User Responsibilities Users must ensure fair play and abide by the rules of each game. Users are responsible for the security of their account and any actions taken under their account.
5. Intellectual Property All content provided on PlayEmber Arcade is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws.
6. Privacy Policy User data, including email addresses, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We commit to not sharing user emails with third-party entities.
7. Service Availability PlayEmber Arcade does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may undergo maintenance and updates.
8. Limitation of Liability PlayEmber Arcade is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of using our service or due to any unauthorized access to user accounts.
9. Termination of Use PlayEmber Arcade reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for any user who violates these terms.
10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
